On friday 7th February, partners from Argentina and Spain met in Madrid to speak about the Evaluation Seminar that El Circo Social del Sur will host in Buenos Aires in October 2014. Partners from Argentina wanted to get some tips and practical information from Kanbahiota Trup on how to organise this kind of event. Kanbahiota Trup hosted the Start-Up Seminar in January.

EN – ” By this note we record that during the meeting between Abraham Pavon, Rossina Castelli from Kanbahiota Trup, Ohiane Uranga from Everyhing is Possible; and Vanesa Zambrano and Alba Iadrosich from Circo Social del Sur it was established some orientation and suggestions in order to direct the actions of the organisation “Circo Social del Sur” who will host the final meeting of the project in Buenos Aires.
At that meeting it was agreed the date for the final meeting by the last week of October, from 27th to the 31st .
There were some recommendations provided for operational resolutions, as how to do the hotel reservations, menu meals, transportation, translator and the different possibilities that will have to be checked within the budget.
We planned the possible agenda of activities are also outlined proposals for visits to places of interest , dynamic encounters , meetings and form of meetings, the workshops that could be provided by other partner organisations.
We agree to have some periodic meetings by skype.
We believe that everything shared Argentina association result of the experience of having hosted the 1st meeting based in Madrid will provide support to facilitate the task of pre-production of the 2nd meeting .

ES – “Mediante la presente nota dejamos constancia de la reunión establecida entre Abraham Pavon, Rossina Castelli de Asociación Kanbahiota Trup, Ohiane Uranga de la Asociación Everything is Possible; y Vanesa Zambrano, Alba Iadrosich de Asociación Circo Social del Sur con motivo de orientar las acciones de la organización argentina quien será receptora del encuentro final en Buenos Aires.
En dicha reunión se acordó establecer cómo fecha para el encuentro final la ultima semana del mes de Octubre, del 27 al 31. Brindamos recomendaciones en cuanto a resolución de temas operativos cómo las reservas hoteleras, menú de comidas, transportes, traductor, y las diferentes posibilidades que tendremos que revisar en función del presupuesto.
También se esbozó la posible agenda de actividades con propuestas de visitas a sitios de interés, dinámicas de los encuentros, modalidad de los encuentros y reuniones, posibles talleres llevados a cabo por las organizaciones asociadas al proyecto. Así mismo se acordó llevar a cabo reuniones vía skype para asuntos organizativos.
Creemos que todo lo compartido con la asociación argentina, resultado de la experiencia de haber sido anfitriones del 1º encuentro con sede en Madrid servirá de apoyo para facilitar la tarea de pre producción del 2º encuentro.
