2.    AIRPORT
I will go to pick you all up at the airport, and take you to the accommodation. So don´t worry about how to get there.

 

3.    ACCOMMODATION
The hotel we’ll be staying is Hotel Holiday Inn Express en Rivas Vaciamadrid. The town is 20 km from Madrid city centre and it’s very good communicated by subway (tube) and bus.

The room has towels, hairdryer, toiletries, free tea and coffee in your room and Wifi.

 

4.    HAVE I SEND EVERYTHING TO OHIANE?

• The number of the mobile I will take with me in Spain.
• The boarding passes and confirmation of the reserve of the flight (if you haven´t done it yet).

 

5. “HAVE I GOT EVERYTHING I NEED?”

• Some food and drinks from my region/country. Music (if you want).
• My very short presentation (no longer than 5 min.) about my region/country for the Intercultural evening and optional, some leaflets and a flag from your country.
• The presentation of my organisation.
• Some leaflets of my organisation (if you want).
• USB key with the logo of your organisation (in high quality and if possible in vector. If not in JPEG), a small description of your organisation (Max 100 words!!) in your own language and in English, and some pictures of your activities.
• Optional BUT it would be great if you could bring one: photo camera.
• My bank details (for us to reimburse you).
• My BOARDING PASS
• Passport / ID.
• All my tickets and receipts that I will need to keep and give to Everything Is Possible.

• EU adaptor.
• Some warm clothes. (It will be a bit cold even if we are in Spain).
• Some sport clothes for the activity in the big top. You will have the chance to do some flying trapeze (Petit Volant) if you want too.

 

6. WHAT I DON´T NEED IN MY SUITCASE?:

• Towels (you will have one in your room).
• Too much food and drink. Don’t forget that everyone will bring some food and drinks, so don’t bring too much. I advise you to bring what you think you could eat and drink in one meal! The cultural evening will be on the Tuesday evening, so be very careful with what you will bring especially dairy.

 

7. WHAT I NEED TO KEEP IN MIND DURING MY TRAVEL?

Keep all receipts, tickets, boarding passes (We will not be able to reimburse you without these documents).

We will not reimburse taxi! So please try to avoid them.
